I talked to some local business owners along the route. Some of
them tell me that the City is planning on dismantling some of the trestles
and bridges along the ROW because of two reasons: 1. the bridges are falling
apart. 2. The bridge height of 12" is too low for some of the commercial
trucks that run through the area.
Tarp
is wrapped-around the bridge which covers the walkway. It may not
be long before these bridges are removed.
