Here is where the High Line comes to an end.  The ROW is piled with fill from some other project.  Snow mounds are plowed in to the ROW.  Parked trucks straddle the edge of the ROW.

A view of the ROW, looking east.  In the very background of the picture, one can see two portal openings.  I theorize that these are the portals that were used to make the connection of the High Line with the cut at 35th Street.
