Nearing the northern terminus of the Oak Point Yard, we see many of the lay-up tracks merging in to the mainline.



These train cars are used for moving garbage around.  These cars are top-loaded, and the roofs of the cars open and close depending on whether or not they are being loaded or are in transport.



The sign says "CSXT - Oak Point Yard - Bronx, New York."



One last view of the northern portion of the yard, from the vantage point as one enters the yard from the north.
